Welcoming to almost everyone he meets, Kim values his friendships as much as he keeps his connections. It is inherent in him to befriend everyone, making it a point that he looks at a person's quality traits and uses that to gain favorable advantage- sometimes to a point that he ignores the bad qualities overall. Being naturally empathetic to the feelings and needs of others, he keeps himself grounded by ensuring himself a favorable spot in anything in life. As much as he seems jolly and jovial nearly all the time, to Kim, security is key to living comfortably and secondary beyond basic needs. He stays true to his words, often going at length to do things he does not normally do just to reach achievement to whatever he was tasked to do, and he is always, always insistent upon making sure the job is done. He prides himself for being hard-working, and because of that, he does his best to stand out amongst people in the least boasting way possible. His pride is there, but so is his humility and ability to give credit to where it's due. He values family above all, and those closest to him are considered as such.

Whilst being a good-natured individual, Kim knows his pranks and jokes, and he is fond of using them from time to time. Sometimes, it becomes too conceited and gets out of hand and he has to rectify the situation through a flurry of apologies. In some cases, Kim can be very vain, and he knows himself as someone who can bring himself up to get things to go his favour. He does not let this consume him however, but they are thoughts that often pass him, and he uses it to his advantage. When dissatisfied with something, he will also not hesitate to be frank about his thoughts and opinions- especially if they conflict with his. As someone who gets prissy over how things are done, he doesn't hesitate to question people's methods or morale if he knows it would endanger him, his acquaintances, or the job. He can also be a bit tactless with his choice of words when under too much pressure or emotion and he is someone who does not back down with his arguments, but he makes sure to do his best to hold his tongue in face of people of authority and respect. He can be very, very focused on something to the point that whatever affects it, be it a person, part of the job, or an object, it affects him as well. He is dependent on routine, so a single miscalculation can set him off in a mouthful of rants and sometimes, on very rare cases, in a panic.
